On or about October 03, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, seven-teen (17) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about October 03, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet four (4) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
