29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): Flammable liquids for use in spraying operations were transferred from one container to another without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity.  a) Spray Booth Area - On or about 10/11/19, PPG Amerlock 2/400 White Resin (FP=116 deg F), PPG Amerlock 2 Cure (FP=114 deg F), and xylene (FP=87 deg F) were transferred from their original containers to a 5 gallon mixing bucket without effectively bonding and grounding both containers to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
