29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained on and familiar with requirements contained in the Safety-Related Work Practices standard 1910.333(c)(i)[A][1] requiring that persons and the longest conductive object cannot come closer than 10 feet to unguarded power lines energized at 50 kV or below: On or about October 04, 2019, at 7000 John Ash Dairy Road, Labelle, Florida 33935, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when they were not trained to recognize the danger associated with bringing a conductive tent pole within 10 feet of a 13.2 kV power line. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): An unqualified person was working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person brought a conductive object closer to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: On or about October 04, 2019, at 7000 John Ash Dairy Road, Labelle, Florida 33935, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard when they elevated a steel tent pole within 10 feet of a 13.2 kV power line while erecting the tent's roof structure. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
