29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On 10/03/2019, employees from Fairway Construction Services, LLC were working at a commercial building located at 6750 Mexico Rd, St. Peters, MO. Five employees were not utilizing fall protection while working near the unprotected edge of the upper landing. The employees were not able to recognize fall hazards and the procedures necessary to reduce or eliminate hazards.

On 10/03/2019, workers from Fairway Construction Services were installing roofing materials on a commercial building located at 6750 Mexico Rd, Saint Peters, MO were using the ladder improperly. The ladder was not extended three feet beyond the landing or edge of roof.
