29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: On or about October 4, 2019 walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loos boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice such as but not limited to the following instances. a) Office Building: In front of the men's restroom, numerous tiles were missing exposing employees to a slip hazard. b) Concrete ramp by Door 3: The concrete ramp had large cracks in it and is accessed by forklift operators exposing them to a trip hazard.
