The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazard. The employer is failing to provide fall protection training for his employees. This was most recently documented on October 7, 2019 at 9223 Dorcas St. Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to provide training on the utilization of the provided fall protection exposing employees to a fall of approximately 9 feet from the roof with a pitch of 4:12.
