The General International drill press, S/N 385992 drill bit in the maintenance shop and storage area was not guarded. This condition exposed employees to laceration and crushing hazards.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials: a) Insight Technical Services, Inc. at 322 Mountain Rd., Unit 8, Johnstown, CO 80534: On or about 10/7/2019 the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials. Employees use chemicals while producing programmable logic controller (PLC) panels, including, but not limited to: Nazdar IMS301 Premium Graphic Press Wash, ADE Series Exoxy Screen Ink, and PPG MR185 Fast Reducer. The eyewash station in the shop was not capable of providing continuous flushing for 15 minutes with a minimum flow rate of 0.4 gallons per minute per the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment (ANSI Z358.1-2009). This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.

Employees use chemicals while producing programmable logic controller (PLC) panels, such as but not limited to: Mason Fastdry Acrylic Enamel and Rust-oleum high performance enamel. These chemicals are transferred from their original containers to unlabeled secondary containers to be used. This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.
