(b) Fuels Barn - Building 250 - On or about October 15, 2019 and at times prior thereto, aircraft maintenance employees were exposed to a fall of 8' - 10' while working on top of F-15 aircraft with unprotected sides and edges.  (c) Fuels Barn - Building 250 - On or about October 4, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an aircraft maintenance employee was exposed to a fall of 8' - 10' while working on top of F-15 aircraft with unprotected sides and edges.
