29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Main Hanger Building 255 - On or about October 1, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an aircraft maintenance employee was exposed to a fall of 8' - 10' while performing maintenance on top of F-15 aircraft with unprotected sides and edges.  (b) Fuels Barn - Building 250 - On or about October 15, 2019 and at times prior thereto, aircraft maintenance employees were exposed to a fall of 8' - 10' while working on top of F-15 aircraft with unprotected sides and edges.  (c) Fuels Barn - Building 250 - On or about October 4, 2019 and at times prior thereto, an aircraft maintenance employee was exposed to a fall of 8' - 10' while working on top of F-15 aircraft with unprotected sides and edges.
