29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    a) On or about October 9, 2019; underneath the US 90 overpass at Reverend John Raphael Jr freeway, employees were utilizing a Genie GTH-1056 aerial lift (S#FRKL-002) to take measurements of the overpass without the use of fall protection systems.
