29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about October 09, 2019, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 2311 Pipeline Road, Cleburne, Texas; in the tank area by the filter housing, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards where the grating surfaces on drains were not inspected to place the non-slippery part in a safe upward position.
