29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 7932 Wade St., Shepherd, MT: On or about October 08, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while engaged in residential roofing activities on a 4:12 sloped roof.
