29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions: (a) Jobsite, 100 River Road, Old Hot Strip Mill, Brackenridge, PA: On or about October 9, 2019 an employee was performing cutting operations and was not wearing fire retardant clothing. The employee's clothing caught fire and the employee sustained burns to their right side.
