29 CFR 1926.300(b)(3): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) On or about October 4, 2019 and at time prior to that date, for the employees of a subcontractor under the control of Global Engineering Services, Inc. were exposed to caught-in hazards while installing electrical panels and conduit in the mechanical penthouse on the seventh floor of building 12 where the Northern Elevator Limited S8 and S9 elevator motor brake drum assemblies were not guarded at  975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, Nevada.    (b) On or about October 4, 2019 and at time prior to that date, for the employees of a subcontractor under the control of Global Engineering Services, Inc. were exposed to caught-in hazards while installing electrical panels and conduit in the mechanical penthouse on the seventh floor of building 12 where the Northern Elevator Limited S8 and S9 elevator motor cable wheel assemblies were not guarded at  975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, Nevada.
