29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage, sharp corners and projections, or pinch points. a) On or about October 8, 2019 and at times prior thereto the General Contractor did not ensure its employees, or its subcontractors protected their employees from electrical hazards where an unprotected temporary flexible cord was routed from a power meter, through a wall, and to a Voltec power distribution box. NOTE-Abatement certification is required for this item.
