The Roof Top Masters LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.20(b)(2) frequent and regular inspections, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1366806, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/12/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1133 10th St Ne, Massillon, OH 44646
