29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Building Exterior: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 ft & 20 ft to the ground below while positioned at the unprotected framed edge in which a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 10/18/2019. Estrada Framing was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1222522 and 1320699. In regards to Inspection Number 1222552, Citation #01, Item # 001, was issued on 05/08/2017 to a workplace located at 262 Oakwood Road, Englewood NJ 07631. This citation became a final order on (DCAT). In regards to Inspection Number 1320699, Citation # 02 Item # 01, was issued on 08/09/2018 to a work place located at 87 Oxford Drive, Tenafly NJ 07670. This citation became a final order on (DCAT).
