29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) At the Olga Water Treatment Plant, on or about 10/08/2019, employees were exposed to an electric shock hazard while installing a circuit breaker and re-arranging electrical wire circuits in a Square D Motor Control Center (MCC) energized at 480-V without deenergizing the circuit and grounding it, by insulation or other effective means.
