29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about 10/3/19, at the lower roof area of the site, Tonawanda, NY. Employees, on the roof working on gas lines to three roof-top units, were not protected by fall protection(s). Employees were exposed to fall of 9 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
