29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 7, 2019, the employer did not ensure that all employees working on the roof of a commercial building utilized fall protection exposing employees to hazards of falling approximately 15 feet to the ground.
