29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): A.) Integrated Fabrication and Machine, Inc.; burn bay - On or about 10/9/19, and at times prior thereto, employees were near the parts when they were being lifted and/or turned with an alloy metal sling connected to a hoist. Employees guided the larger parts by hand as they were being flipped using the hoist and sling. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Integrated Fabrication & Machine, Inc. - The entries in Column F on the OSHA 300 Log for Calendar Year 2019 were not descriptive in that the injury or illness and the part of the body effected was not noted/documented.
