29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area: On or about October 10, 2019, at 7135 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, in the south section of the condominium, employees engaged in removing windows and taking them to the collection point were exposed to struck-by hazards when the area below the elevated swing stage scaffold was not barricaded and employees were not prohibited from entering the area.
