29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used Location: Jobsite On or about October 15th 2019 employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet to the next lower level while working where individual anchorage brackets had not been installed in accordance with the manufacturers requirements.
