At the conference room (#139), a chair was placed in front of electrical service panel.   f. At the VA Police office area, a uniform jacket was hanged in front the electrical service panel.     NOTE 1:  Certification of abatement must be submitted for Instance a of this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).   NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for Instances b, c, d, e and f of this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
