29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 17, 2019, on the roof leading to a porte cochère of a country club clubhouse under renovation located at 400 Binks Forest Drive in Wellington, Florida, an employee was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 16 feet - 6 inches when performing aluminum flashing installation work from a roof with a 5:12 pitch while not being protected from falling to a lower level.
