29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. 141 US-206, Hillsborough, NJ - Self Storage Project The employer did not ensure that employees elevated in an aerial lift basket were attached to the basked using a fall harness and lanyard. An employee engaged in welding activities was working from a Genie aerial lift and was not attached to the basket with a lanyard. Violation observed on or about October 16, 2019
