29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 14, 2019, on the roof of a golf club clubhouse under renovation located at 400 Binks Forest Drive in Wellington, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13 feet - 9 inches when delivering a plastic tarp onto a roof with a 6:12 pitch while not being protected from falling to the lower level. Roofing Systems of Florida Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1112435, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/25/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4023 S. Ocean in Highland Beach, Florida.
