At the jobsite located at 3642 N. Ridge Rd. Wichita, KS: Employees engaged in masonry activities from a mast-climbing scaffold on two sides of the building were exposed fall hazards of greater than 10 feet from the work platform to the ground below in that the scaffold had 2" x 6" planks that were not intended to support loads or whose capacity was not rated.
