29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l): (a) Throughout the job site - On or about October 17, 2019 the employer failed to insure that the forklift operator had a current certificate of training before allowing him to operate the All-Terrain forklift exposing employees to struck by hazards.
