29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees engaged in material handing activities at an active construction site using the JLG Sky-Trak forklift T3055, E16, SK040169, serial number 551998, were exposed to stuck-by hazards in that the data plate, that identifies the various rated capacities of the forklift at different load configurations, was missing. Buckley Roofing has been previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1325314, Citation number 1, Item number 1, issued on 08/07/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8442 W. 13th St. N. Wichita, KS 67212, with a final order date of 08/16/2018. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
