29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut to give maximum protection possible for the operation being performed:    a. On or about 10/18/2019, at General Stair Corporation Inc. 690 W 83rd St, Hialeah, FL 33014, Landing department of the production area, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a radial saw (i.e. Delta Industrial, GSC #029) with lower sides of the blade unguarded.    b. On or about 10/18/2019, at General Stair Corporation Inc. 690 W 83rd St, Hialeah, FL 33014, Step and Riser department of the production area, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a radial saw (i.e. GSC #011) with lower sides of the blade unguarded.
