29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Dust Collector P9- The employee did not utilize lock out/tag out procedures to prevent the unexpected startup of hazardous energy from a roofing dust collector before entering his hands to clear an obstructed outlet pipe; on or about 10/13/19. Repeat Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147(c)(4)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1409522, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5201 Fox Street, Denver, CO 80216.
