Throughout the facility, employees fabricating the jewelry, are exposed to the hazards of chemicals. The employees are exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to, silica, and phosphoric acid; contained in commercial products such as Plasicast and Binder "J". The employer did not developed or implemented a Hazard Communication Program. The condition was noted at or about 10/21/2020.
