29 CFR 1926.403(d)(1): Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: (a) On or about October 17, 2019; temporary electrical wiring located near the base of the tower crane included a permanent metal junction box that was not firmly secured to a surface; it was hanging from a concrete form beam by a piece of twine exposing employees to a 110 Volt electrical shock hazard.
