At the jobsite located at 11945 Rolling Hills Wichita, KS: Employees engaged in roofing activities using pneumatic nailers were exposed to hazards such as struck-by and fall hazards in that the employer had not developed nor implemented safety and health programs that provide construction hazard recognition guidelines to mitigate those hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees engaged in residential roofing activities, walking and working on a 5:12 pitch roof, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet 3 inches from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
