29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about October 17, 2019, at a new residential construction located at 2169 SW Savage Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34986, the employer failed to inspect a worksite to ensure a means of conventional fall protection system was available for employees who were installing trusses on a roof, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet to ground level.
