NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could affect their safe use: a) On or about 10/18/19, at City Place, located on 50 West Main street, in Rochester, New York, the employer failed to inspect an 8ft. Louisville ladder, prior to its use, to identify a missing label to warn against the use of the top step of the ladder. "Danger" "Do Not Stand on or Above This Step". An employee was observed using the top step. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
