29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system :  a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitched roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 10/18/2019.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more:                                                                    a- Building Exterior: An employee engaged in roofing activities was exposed to fall hazards while climbing a roofing material hoist which warns against personal conveyance. A ladder or stairway was not provided for safe access. Condition noted on or about 10/18/2019.
