29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)    Location - 27 Jefferson St. Marlborough, Ma.    On or about 10/21/2019, employees erecting foundation form panels were exposed to potential falls from insufficiently decked scaffolding. As employees were walking to different location on the scaffold, there were various gaps that the employees could fall through.
