29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. On and before October 17, 2019, located inside the property workshop, an employee was exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards while operating a table saw that had not been trained on the applicable procedures or regulation to minimize those hazards associated with power tools such as guarding, point of operation, ingoing nip points, and rotating parts.

29 CFR 1926.300(b)(1): When power operated tools are designed to accommodate guards, they shall be equipped with such guards when in use. On and before October 17, 2019, located inside the property workshop, a Hitachi table saw did not have the required guarding over the rotating blade to prevent the employee from entering the danger zone during operation.
