29 CFR 1926.152(d)(4): At least one portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C units was not provided on all vehicles used for transporting and/or dispensing flammable or combustible liquids a)Jobsite: On October 17, 2019 and at times prior thereto a fire extinguisher was not available when employees utilized a torch fueled by propane for roadway construction activities. Three (3) 50 gallon propane tanks were stored on a nearby truck used at the jobsite and owned by the company. Note) Corrected during inspection.
