OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards:   3671 Hebron Avenue, Glastonbury CT: On or about 10/21/2019 employees at the Glastonbury jewelry safe delivery project were exposed to crushing injuries when an employee was struck-by the unsecured 6000-pound safe that tipped off its dunnage blocks.
