29 CFR 1926.753(c)(1)(iii): Hoisting equipment was not removed from service until the deficiency had been corrected: a) Work site located at 100 Water Street, Jersey City, NJ 07304 An employee was exposed to struck by hazards as he was operating a truck mounted crane to lift rigged loads off of a flatbed to the roof elevation of the structure with LiftEx nylon slings that were worn through to the red threads and with missing/unreadable identification tags on them. Violation was observed on or about October 21, 2019.
