29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i): The employer did not exercise a due diligent attempt to inform employees and/or other employers about the presence or location of asbestos-containing material (ACM) and presumed asbestos-containing material (PACM): Hangar 3, Building 20000: Contract employees provide maintenance and support operations for military aircrafts inside the hangar. Employees were not informed on the presence of asbestos and presumed asbestos-containing materials prior to occupying the building. On or about July 18, 2019 earthquake(s), contract employees entered the hangar after earthquake(s) in which asbestos-containing materials were disturbed.
