29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Jobsite: On or about October 23, 2019, two employees were not protected from falling about 16 feet from a roof that they were working on. The pitch of the roof was about 4 in 12.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When the employer has reason to believe that any affected employee who has already been trained does not have the understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section, the employer shall retrain each such employee: (a) Jobsite: On or about October 23, 2019, two employees who were working on the roof without fall protection need to be retrained in how and when to use fall protection when working from a roof.
