Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. Jerry Niese Construction at the address of 1650 Fostoria Ave. in Findlay, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing tasks associated with roofing. Employees working to install sheeting were exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine feet and up to 22 feet in that a fall protection system was not being utilized.
