(a) On or about October 23, 2019 in Building B1, workers delivering appliances to apartment units near a stairwell, where the stairwell door was left temporarily unbarricaded, were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six feet to the next lower level.  The door was temporarily left unbarricaded after work was done to the doorframe and could not be locked.
