29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.    a) 3rd Floor, Condo 3A - Employees were observed removing construction material and debris from a third floor window opening with a window sill measuring 24 1/2 inches high above the floor, and were not protected from falling approximately 24 feet to the ground below, on or about October 23, 2019.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
