29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(10): The top of a non-self-supporting ladder was not placed with the two rails supported equally unless it was equipped with a single support attachment: Worksite: The top portions of the side rails of the 12-foot aluminum ladder used by an employee to gain access to a work area to install Tyvek wrap on the side of a building were not supported equally. On or about October 25, 2019, the ladder was displaced while the employee was performing the above task, and the employee fell approximately 6 feet to the stone curb, sustaining minor injuries.
