29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 21, 2019, at the jobsite, the employer did not ensure that the employees, working from the roof of a building, were in use of fall protection. This exposed the employees to fall hazard greater than six(6) feet to the ground below. Sooner Recon LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1380040, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2019 with a final abatement date of April 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace hazard at 10801 S. May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73170.
