29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) RCH, Inc. dba Havre Ford: On or about October 23, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while operating the unguarded Delta ShopMaster Drill Press, model 2006 38-XL, serial # 150399. b) RCH, Inc. dba Havre Ford: On or about October 23, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while operating the AMMCO brake lathe; number 7900, to turn rotors.
